"The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was average as its location was not the best. The breakfast area was dirty and more staff are needed to clean tables and provide utensils plates etc. Meals were below average but the service was great. Caters for families but not for adults without children on extended stays."

"There are cockroaches everywhere. Room is filthy and so not well maintained. Furniture broken, the coach has so many stains, chairs are greasy. The cockroaches crawled on our bed at night and got squished and their guts are everywhere. We were so unhappy about the stay. Even though management offered 25% off, it doesn’t change much. The two night stay left a forever painful stain in our memory. Lesson Learned is to always do thorough research and read reviews. We will definitely NOT stay here...

"Nice hotel in a great location. Our King Coral room felt a little dated but the 15th floor provided excellent views across Catseye Beach, with a nice balcony to sit and watch the world below. The buffet breakfast is extensive and fantastic. Every taste is catered for with heaps of food every day. Ours was included in the room price and very much worth it. Didn't use the amenities like the gym, sauna, spa, tennis courts etc but they looked really good. Staff were very helpful and sorted any...
