"Everything was brilliant apart from 2 things. Unfortunately those things mean we don’t get a proper nights sleep. 1: the shower suddenly started to drip in the middle of the night, not once but twice. Both times lasting around 5 mins. The second time I would not stop and I had to turn the shower on for a few seconds and off again to make it stop. 2. There was a flash and small blip from the fire alarm. "We had to abandon trip due to an emergency tried to move the booking to the following weekend. Initially hotel suggested it was possible but then decided it wouldn’t. Expedia staff were excellent in trying to assist. we understand the terms of the booking but as a frequent traveller the first time we have found a hotel operator to be inflexible which is a shame. As we weren’t able to complete the visit unable to comment on the rest of the facilities but unlikely to choose stop at a days inn...

"We stayed for a night and had a really lovely time there. We enjoyed their spa facilities and the delicious breakfast! The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Our 17 year old boys had tons of fun in their games room playing table tennis, snooker and giant kerplunk and also played tennis outside. We will definitely be back to visit! "
