"The room was clean and in good condition, with the exception of the shower. There was NO HOT WATER at all in the shower, but the sink water was more than hot enough. One of the coldest showers of my life. I let the desk clerk know about it the next morning, but he didn't seem to care. Not their finest hour, especially in a city with a many hotels as Washington."
