"Nobody is at the desk after 3pm even though they tell you to check in after 3pm, makes no sense. You have to use a separate entrance after 3pm, which nobody explained to me so i was locked out of the hotel and had to call customer service. They didn’t know how to help me so they had to call the person that lives on the property to come let me in. "Very nice hotel with friendly staff. A little far from the train station, but it's within walking distance and the area is quiet and residential. Not the most impressive water pressure in the shower, but overall great room."

And because it’s a separate entrance you can’t use the elevator after 3pm which is annoying because i was on the 4th floor. The wifi was HORRIBLE. Every few minutes it would disconnect from my phone and i would have to go into my settings, turn off wifi entirely, then turn it back on and MAYBE the wifi would reconnect. If you’re not close to the lobby then the wifi doesn’t work (even in the lobby it was slow). It was just very underwhelming and barely met the standards. Wouldn’t stay here again let’s just put it that way. "
