"This property was great to use for a base for sight seeing in Zurich. Walking distance from Zurich HB train station. Coop (supermarket), McDonald's and Starbucks one minute walk. The room was spacious, kitchenette had small hob, microwave kettle and coffee maker. Would recommend for families."

"The property does not respond through Expedia or their own app. We tried the several contact options they provided and never heard back. This is a room in a residential apartment in a not so great area. The room itself was clean and looked nice. The main issue is a woman keyed into the room at 8pm, looked surprised to see us, claimed to be house keeping, and ran out. She had no cleaning supplies and it was late, so we were uncomfortable. I stayed up through the night and let my wife sleep...

"We were unable to access the accommodation: upon arrival, we found ourselves in front of code boxes, no response to calls to the owner between 4 PM and 5 PM, no calls from him despite the message left on voicemail in English, no email indicating the codes. In short, unable to leave 2 children in the blazing sun, we were forced to book another hotel and lose the money for this rental. "The apartment is clean and spacious, with working appliances and facilities. However, the interiors (walls, doors, furniture) are quite worn and don’t match the photos. There’s also a lingering fried food smell, mentioned by other guests, that hasn’t been resolved. Communication before check-in was difficult and could be improved. "The apartment was spacious andvery clean. The living room didn't have a sofa though, only two armed chairs so there was no confortable area to sit at the end of the day. I was told I had an assigned parking but every time we came back tired from visiting the city I had to look for another place to park. Their parking area is VERY limited, the rest is street parking and you have to move the car before 8:00 am. Not good. The neighborhood is not too nice and there are some "different" people...
