from the first day we arrived the bed sheets had some dirt on them I requested to change them they never did. basically you get a room but no good service no way this is a 4 star hotel."

"Overall the hotel is great and it’s located a bit outside the center of prague. Car is mandatory. Because of the size of the hotel , it mostly attracts big groups to keep its occupancy high, that means during breakfast hours , it gets quite busy which was the only negative thing.
