"Room and staff were AMAZING. The room was lovely and spotless, the staff were always super friendly and helpful. Cannot say enough good things about the staff. I get the impression that they are currently transitioning management so things like the pool and hotel restaurant were not open. The breakfast was okay. Basic continental muffins, waffle maker, yogurt, and some sausages, hash browns, and eggs. Not much to write home about. Husband who has food allergies struggled to eat much of what they provided but he did say the coffee was good. All in all, I'd happily stay here again."

"It is a well maintained and managed old property. The Laurel doesn't have the amenities of modern hotels, but the location, the private balcony with an amazing view was worth the stay. The owner/operators are great folks.They were understaffed but the working staff were great, friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was very good. The waitstaff was friendly and attentive."

"Cet établissement Radisson est celui qui nous a le plus déçu par rapport à d'autres hôtels Radisson où nous sommes allés. L'accueil de la réceptionniste a été glacial, nous précisant que nous ne pourrions prendre la chambre qu'à 16h00 car il était 13h30 lorsque nous sommes arrivés. Touristes étrangers elle n'a fait aucun effort de langue pour nous mettre à l'aise. Pendant notre voyage aux États-Unis il nous est arrivé plusieurs fois d'arriver avant l'heure prévue et a chaque fois nous avons pu effectuer le check in sauf au Radisson de Corning. Des moisissures sur les joints de la douche. Autres remarques sur la qualité au petit déjeuner. Pancakes et gauffres très indigestes car une pâte trop lourde. Ces deux dernières remarques peuvent paraître un détail, mais s'ajoutent à notre déception de l'arrivée."
