"The room was spacious with a nice view of the Thames. There was no soap in the bathroom. No biggie, called down and someone brought some up. Got in the shower, body wash was also empty. Called down again. It had a kitchenette, dish soap also empty. I was excited about the opportunity to do laundry however no laundry soap. I went to the front desk to ask if I could get some and was told I had to go next door to Tesco to buy some. Went next door and they only sold full size bottles which I wasn’t...

"God morgenmad, sød og effektiv personale i morgenmadsrestauranten og gode senge. Der er meget lydt fra bruserum og toilet, da der kun er glasdøre i, der ikke slutter tæt. Kan være grænseoverskridende, hvis man deler værelse med f.eks. en kollega. Svingende service i receptionen - alt efter, hvem der var på arbejde."

"Waren jetzt schon öfters dort. Saubere Zimmer, Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit, Frühstück ausreichend. Gibt allerdings nichts aus Vollkorn. Nur leider hatten wir dieses Mal 2 ZIMMER Big Ben View in zwei verschiedene Stockwerke. Super Zentrale Lage. Underground in Fussnähe. Westminster oder Waterloo. Man kommt zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten auch sehr gut zu Fuß überall hin."

"Rooms are in real need of renovation. Stained carpets, grubby bathrooms, mouldy ceiling, chipped bath, dirty walls , plug sockets not working well, stained bed linen. We had 2 rooms and both poor. The bar on the upper foyer is very nice and the location was convenient."

"Room was small but well designed to make good use of the space. Literally the only negative is I don’t like to sleep in beds up against the wall, a personal preference which won’t worry everyone. But that’s the only gripe to an otherwise excellent hotel and stay."

"Schönes Zimmer, hilfbereites Personal, vielfältiges Frühstück. Sehr gute Lage sehr nah an der Themse auf der anderen Flussseite zum Parlament. Gut zu erreichen via U-Bahn."
