"Great location easy to walk to everywhere in Montmare and metro stations. Clean and spacious (For Paris) rooms at a good price. AC during the heat wave was a life saver and the room was very comfortable. We were a bit nervous being on the first floor next to the elevator but the room was very quiet and we slept great. "Perfect location. It was nice to have AC during a historic heatwave and a beautiful balcony.
I would have rated this entire stay higher if we didn’t have to deal with Lynda. Ultimately, there was miscommunication with her. Instead of acting professional, she argued and then refused to help out when I left an item. With that said, every other staff member was wonderful.

"Although the room was small which is typical for European hotels, the bathroom was a nice size and the AC worked perfectly during the heat wave. The front desk was very helpful whether helping you find transportation, suggesting a meal, or just having a friendly conversation. They all spoke some English which helped with communication barriers. The snacks/drinks in the afternoon/evening were a nice bonus!
