"El personal del hotel es amable y servicial.
Siempre con una sonrisa y un saludo.
El servicio a la habitación excelente, así como la limpieza de la habitación, resurtiendo lo que se uso.
Finalmente el servicio de la cena romántica, fue más que excelente. Don Josue fue un muy agradable anfitrión. Nos dejó muy satisfechos con su servicio.
Si hay algo que tuviéramos que criticar (que es minimo) es que el vodka que usan en sus cócteles no siempre es de la calidad acorde con el nivel del hotel....

"El hotel y sus vistas son espectaculares, la verdad es que nos la pasamos súper bien y además en los restaurantes la comida está deliciosa. Recomendable 10/10"

"The air conditioner was very noisy, fortunately another room was given. There is an issue with the shower/bath, in my opinion there is much wasted water using this system.
Check more carefully on people who are not staying at the hotel but they come in and use the pools."

"We came during off season, and the value was great. Pools were well kept, room was kept very clean, and the served meals were excellent. The location made it very easy to walk into town when we did decide to go "off campus" for dinner. The A/C worked perfectly, which is great, because it was humid as heck in June. No complaints!"

"The staff was great very helpful and friendly.
The food was pretty bad if you didn’t like the dinner some of those dishes would end up at the buffet for breakfast and lunch"
