"Didn’t realize this was a long term stay hotel. Was missing the typical hotel amenities like a hair dryer etc. for quick overnight trips not sure I would return over long term stays the space was great!"

"A lovely stay in the Littleton area! Consistent with other states at Marriott properties, we found this hotel to be clean with great amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful. The downstairs bistro was nice for an evening cocktail or snack. We definitely stay here again if in the area."

However, later that evening, I observed the same staff delivering detailed instructions and a gift bag to another guest. In contrast, when I experienced difficulties, I received no acknowledgment or offer of hospitality. As a loyal Hyatt customer, I have come to expect better service. "The check in experience was truly amazing. They held our bags with numbered tags and texted when our room was available. The continental breakfast was better than most. The only weird thing is that there wasn't an ice bucket in our room and aren't ice machines on every floor. An amazing location. Walkable to dining and shopping and a super quick drive to Red Rocks and Golden."
