"Had an issue with the tv where the internet stopped working. Within 10 mi utes of notifying them they were on the case and had it fixed within the hour, fantastic service! Staff are lovely, very friendly and welcoming. Room cleaned well every day unless sign was put on door. Coming back to streetsboro and already booked my next stay here."

"This property was an excellent choice for our stay. The Front Desk staff were so friendly and courteous. The lady who set out the breakfast did a fantastic job making sure everything was stocked, and she made sure it was kept clean. Truly enjoyed out stay. The property and our room was clean, the water was hot, the bed was comfortable, staff was very friendly, the sitting area was very homey and comfortable, and check-in and check-out was fast and easy. There are restaurants and shopping nearby. The only negative things I can say are that 1) the toilet bowls were round and not really comfortable as opposed to elongated ones, and 2) the bathroom did not have an exhaust fan, which made the entire room hot and...

" Everything about this place was excellent. The suite was spacious and clean. The amenities were all eco- friendly. We always look for a hotel which includes breakfast — the breakfast here was one of the best we’ve had! There was a large variety of meal options: eggs with potatoes & bacon, yogurt with fresh fruit & granola, oatmeal, waffle maker, fresh baked scones and fresh fruit— including cut up grapefruit, strawberries and grapes. Will absolutely stay here again."
