"Booked a room for two adults and one child. When we got to our room, the sofa bed was not made, found a spare duvet and pillow in the cupboard but no sheet. My son just used the duvet to wrap himself. The next day, our room was cleaned, bed was made, but not the sofa bed. "Il divano letto era inguardabile,pieno di strane macchie,il riscaldamento non funzionava,comunque il personale poi ha provveduto con delle stufette e a darci un secondo lenzuolo da appoggiare sul divano(scomodo e rumoroso)."

"客室は広く清潔で文句ないが、立地が記載されている情報と異なる。Weil am Reim 駅から徒歩25分以上かかり、車以外のアクセスにはおすすめしない。また場所がindustrial area にあり決して環境が良いわけでは無いことは理解して予約することが必要。ただしトラム停留所までは徒歩10分程度で着く。帰りはホテルの人が親切にもトラムの停留所まで車で送ってくれてサービスは良好である。"
