"Great stay, beautiful place"

"Wir waren begeistert vom Zimmer mit dem tollen Balkon und Blick auf den Wasserfall. Das Zimmer war sehr komfortabel und das ganze Hotel sehr angenehm und schick. Auch das wir das Spa mitnutzen konnten war ein großes Plus. Das Hotel Restaurant = lecker, toller Service und die Lage direkt am Wasserfall."

"No cleaning service for the room. No restaurant just snacks. The room has no curtain on most windows . Very humid in the room. Staff is very nice and responsive but they don’t enter the room if you ask for additional towel they will be placed outside and can stay there all day if you are out"

"Sandy, The proprietor was absolutely THE best host anyone could actually want, or hope for. She is super friendly, and is right on top of everything. Matresses were fantastic. Do yourself a favor, when visiting Hunter Mountain, this is where you want to go. This place was built in the 1800s, but the charm, and atmosphere are well worth the stay!"

"I chose this hotel because it had a good rating on Expedia. The location was good. The hotel was clean. Breakfast was good. Coffee, tea and water was available all day. However, the young woman at the desk when we were checking in must have been having a bad day. She was very abrupt. Then we went to our room #417. Even though we booked the room for 4 people there were only towels for 3 people. We told the young woman at the desk as we were heading out to dinner. She said she would have towels...

"Fantastic fall colors view! Clean place with new flooring."

"Awesome to visit , relax, and enjoy the surroundings. The vibes were sooooo chill, the staff were so cool. But they had 1 big flaw, watch out for the hidden fees, check your bill and invoices before check. They add additional fees if you charge anything to your room for purchases which is crazy. Any charge to your room will be given a servicing fee. If you order breakfast, and pick it up yourself but charge it to your room, you get a fee. If you have dinner or drinks or lunch, and charge it to...

"If you are looking for a very peaceful, serene getaway to completely reset, book this place immediately. The quiet, beautiful atmosphere makes it a true sanctuary. The hospitality here is next level. Jackie was incredibly nice and welcoming from start to finish. Jonathan went out of his way to take gorgeous birthday pictures for me the second I asked. The absolute hero of my trip was Kristine, who literally saved me when I found myself stranded in the middle of nowhere! This team protects your...

"The location is excellent, easy to find and very attractive. The staff was friendly and courteous."

"Nice little cabin, well situated to sightseeing"

"Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at! Staff is so friendly and there are so many thoughtful touches, like the beautiful delicious breakfast each morning and the guest attic to hang out in upstairs. Cannot wait to come back!!"

"The owners are very nice. We got a personal tour of the property and enjoyed our conversation. Unfortunately, I was in town to visit family and couldn’t take advantage of the amenities, but the setting is absolutely gorgeous."

"The restaurant was out of most dishes, not many other options. It’s ran by a small group of individuals so it’s hard to get a hold of people. Overall, the day was okay."

"Everything was great"
