"They went the 'extra mile': The concierge didn't bat an eyelid when I asked them to repair a tear in my suitcase. Later that evening I got a call to say it had been repaired, and they brought it straight to my room. 5 star service at the concierge desk."

"A place we will always return to – Arabia Azur ❤️🇪🇬
Arabia Azur is a wonderful place with amazing people! The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive without ever being pushy. They make you feel welcome and at home from the very first moment.
To all those who, like us, love and cherish Africa: we will always be back in Arabia! ❤️🌍
One thing to remember: a 5-star hotel in Europe is not necessarily the same as a 5-star hotel in Egypt. Every country has its own standards,...
