"Clean spacious room. simple hotel but served its purpose."

"Accommodations were average. I thought the rooms need an update with bedding and mattresses. We had a suite and the pull out couch mattress was really bad. We were going to go to another hotel, but they gave us a room with double beds at a reduced rate...so hard to pass that up. With a teenager, you sometimes want some space and I know they want it as well. Manager was good to work with "

It hits the front of the toilet. A large person would not be able to get in. Also once in the bathroom the door did not close all the way. "

Thanks to a guest that heard us yelling and went to the feont desk to telled them.then all day did is some haitin men just like nothing ever happened, said sorry...very unprofessional, also we hqd to continue to ask for services our room every day with very lata respond. At this point they should be awaring us some money back."

"Services in room, replenishment, toiletries, towels etc not done. The older was rundown. Moving to the newer tower was an up charge of $175 per night. .Restaurant evening service poor. Vanessa pool side service was excellent! Beautiful beach could have had more amenities than just towels and umbrellas. For example food and drink service on the beach. We would not stay at that location again and we would consider other Opal properties. "

"It’s like hitting the jackpot! My daughter and I stayed there to attend a ballet audition and during the stay, we both received an excellent service from the staff. The breakfast is great as well and very close to the airport and ballet studio. I recommend this place!"

"I scheduled my stay thru Expedia. I thought I read it included breakfast. $300 a night without an offer of breakfast was a little off putting. My husband and I are disabled. When he went to check in, there were a couple of maintenance guys standing in the way of the elevator entrance. They didnt even move to accomodate him going by. I would expect an expensive hotel's staff would be a little more courteous and aware of their surroundings. There was also lots of noise in the halls at night. I...

On top of that, there were several hidden fees that were never clearly disclosed. The hotel charged $25 per day for parking in an almost empty lot, plus extra amenity fees for basic features that should already be included.
