"Perfect place "

"Was supposed to depart at 6. I showed up at 5:15 and waited until 6 before i started calling their phone number. Had to call 15 times before i got an answer and they said they didnt know i booked it. Said they would have a captain out in 40 minutes. Called me back 20 minutes later to tell me they didnt have a captain. This was 2 weeks ago and i still haven't received a refund. There's either super unprofessional or scam artists."

"Booked a two night, weekend stay. the “property” is an abandoned vessel moored about 200 yards off shore accessible by watercraft only. No running water. ‘Water provided’ for personal hygiene and sanitary uses consisted of six sixteen ounce bottles and one 1 gallon jug half full. The onboard toilet was inoperable and ‘maintenance’ never arrived to remedy the situation. Spent the first night with the smell of human waste in the air. Transportation to and from the abandoned vessel is offered via a ‘water taxi service’. After paying for ‘unlimited’ transport for two people ($25 per person) we were taken back to shore by Captains Sammie, to spend the day visiting the surrounding area. Upon our return in the evening, we called Sammie for a return trip around 6 pm and were told she was on her way. An hour and a half later, after multiple text messages and unanswered voicemails we realized that we had been screwed. Thanks to a couple that we met on the dock while waiting for the return trip, we were able to get back to the boat and retrieve our personal belongings. We didn’t stay the second night of our booking. "
