"The hotel was clean and the room was spacious which I appreciated. However, it would have made a world of a difference to me if they provided and not charged for hotel slippers. These should be complimentary in a 4-star hotel. One other improvement point would be if they provided bottles of water as well with the room, given Maltese water is too salty to drink. These are low-cost amenities that would have made this stay 5 stars."

"Personalet er så søde og hjælpsomme. så man får lyst til at komme igen. Vores toilet løb lidt en gang i mellem og bunden i badekarret virkede ikke så stabil, men ellers var alt godt. WIFI kommer og går, men personalets hjælpsomhed, deres serviceniveau og søde smil, overstråler alt. Dejlig udsigt fra balkonen, god buffet (Om sommeren er det grill-buffet på 8.etage). Serviceniveauet er højt hos personalet og det anbefales at besøge stedet. Mange gode restauranter i nærheden"

"Everything was amazing! My only complaint was the beautiful gardens were filled with bees and huge hornets that were all around the pools and often sinking in the pools to be accidentally stepped on, which is an issue when traveling with children."

Tipp: Ohne Steine ins Wasser geht es über den öffentlichen Strand direkt neben dem vom Hotel! Matratze und Teppich im Zimmer könnten neuer sein, Bad etwas ins Alter gekommen. Balkon mit Meerblick empfohlen! Busverbindung vom Airport alle 30 Minuten, in die Stadt sogar alle 20 Minuten. Essen im Hotel gut und preislich völlig ok."

"For some reason every shower we have been in Gozo has leaked all over the bathroom floor. The toilet paper here is cheap and very scratchy. The reception is not 24 hours. Oh parking is a total nightmare. We were there five days and only once did we manage to park close to the hotel and that was luckily on the last day. The rest of the time it was a five to ten minute walk. To the nearest car park"

"The staff was incredibly helpful, but I must warn you that the property doesn’t match the pictures on the Expedia website. The rooms looked old and outdated. While the staff was great, I wouldn’t stay at this hotel, especially for the price I paid."

"Amazing views of water and sunsets. Nice pool (but too cold to use in April). Very good breakfast. Had 2 dinners in restaurant and they were excellent. Our room was small but had a nice balcony to watch sunsets from. A downside is that the walls aren’t very soundproof. Good location. Only 10-15 min walk to beach and tours. There is road construction by the Adeneau bus stop so you will have to use the temporary bus stop about 500m uphill from the hotel. The views, staff, and...

"About waste, the worst experience of my time travelling. Expedia were unhelpful, they told me they had cancelled my hotel booking and was expecting a refund. The hotel put me down as a no show and advised sent me this review to complete without reimbursing my hotel. It was a family emergency. Disappointing"
