"Room was nice and clean. This was one of the smallest hotels I stayed in. I don’t recommend for more than two people. I stayed with my two friends so there wasn’t really any space for luggage. So either get a big room or less people. This was a great room overall, clean and cute. If you wanted to cook it has a small kitchen with utilities to use. It’s a great room for a solo or couple traveler. They even have in-washer unit which was a life saver. There is no dryer but they provided hanger rack...

"Great home base for all operations in the Dotonbori area. Apartment had everything we needed and it was really nice and clean. Loved that it had a washing machine (with complementary pods!). "

"Loved the location. A short walk to the train station, Tokyo Tower and evening activities. The hotel itself was nice and clean. Easy check in and out, a lot of travel supplies, very soft bed and pillows, nice towels and linen. There was only a washing machine (no dryer), however, the bathroom has its own laundry drying system which dries the clothes faster than the regular dryer. Overall, we love the hotel and its location. "

"We stayed for 2 nights and were greeted by friendly and helpful staff. The staff asked if we needed any amenities during check-in since they do not leave them out in the lobby. There is wall with photos of the staff and their biography so you can learn about their interests. Also, if you fill out a survey you receive a token for a gashapon machine at the front desk.
