"I had to walk up the stairs as I can not use the lift the staff in the stripe T Shirts where fantastic with me helping me walk up 7 flights of stairs . I did request a lower floor but they didn’t get the message . It was keeping me fit . Absolutely loved the hotel they charged £200 deposit for the family room . I did receive it back .my favourite hotel in London . Now to how I can get to the rooftop . Fantastic. "

"Rooms a bit small. Too many smokers, even if they smoked outside, smoke drift into rooms through open windows. Staff very courteous. Too many fire doors one after another make it difficult to maneuver luggage."

"Great affordable Hotel near city centre. Tiny room and not the cleanest. Air conditioning too loud and rumbling to have running through night, no windows on the cheaper inside rooms, so aircon is only means of some airflow. Very dusty in rooms and daily cleaning misses a lot. Really like that they have a coffee- tea station on each floor for a hot drink in morning. Light switches in one corner of room that aren’t accessible from door or bathroom side of bed, where single traveler would most...
