"Fantastic location overlooking the Thames. Easy walking distance to centre of Twickenham or further afield like Richmond and Teddington. Booked a superior room with a balcony with great views. The only things we would criticise is the fact that the Sky Box and TV were not working properly and also the Coffee machine wasn't. Neither were there any instructions in the room for use of these. Staff tried to put the tv/Sky right but unsuccessful. Otherwise would have been excellent."

"The Alma is conveniently located by the train station. It’s literally steps away. It’s in a great area with dining and shops in walking distance. They have a lively pub and quaint restaurant on site. The rooms are comfortable with space to stretch out after a long travel day. "

"Top notch as usual. The staff were so efficient and obliging. They insisted on changing my room to ground floor when they saw I was using a stick. The waitresses for both the evening meal and breakfast were first class. Both the TV and shower worked brilliantly without a fight. The only slight criticism was the bed linen which was stretched so tight, a muscle pull was likely getting in or out."
