The booking agent and property had difficulty communicating which lead to a delayed checking and then the next morning they told me I had to pay, even though I had paid Expedia online. Many phone calls later it was eventually resolved. The property itself was alright, but the exterior door is in a sketchy side alley and did not feature a door on the apartment level. There’s literally too much to list as Aetas Glamoing went well above and beyond what I’ve ever experienced before. Really lovely property and the tents were great as well. They literally couldn’t do enough to help you and make sure you enjoy your stay"

"It was the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in my life with the exception of not having an elevator. We had to climb about 6 stories of steps up the side of a mountain but worth every penny. It was the most beautiful view from a hotel I have ever seen. When you get to your room you really find it hard to leave your balcony. My recommendation for the next person is dress for the beach and leave a bag with dry clothes at the front desk so that you only need to do the climb once a day. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The food was the best I have ever had in the Philippines. I have been traveling to the Philippines for 14 years and normally not very impressed with their food but they are always wonderful people "
