Luckily, we found them as soon as we entered the room and didn’t stay long.
When I went to complain, I had to wait 20 min for the front desk admin to finish cleaning our units. Seems like a one-person show.
When she returned, she said she wasn’t sure if she could process a refund and would have to contact the owner, so we left.
Luckily, the refund was processed by next day."

"The balconies are not private, they are shared with the entire floor, which was disappointing. The staff were gossiping about somebody else calling because they had two rooms booked in their name with 4 kids and should have only had one room but they had 6 people, not enough towels in room. Pool was nice. "

"Property was run down, switched rooms because of mold found on the boxspring of the bed. Comforter was so lumpy that was uncomfortable to sleep with, and no other blankets were available. It was advertised hot tub, but the hot tub was broke. The pool was not heated and there was never any pool towels on the shelf.. terrible smell in the main areas, especially the hallways. In the morning, the coffee was good, but other than that, there was a few pastries put out but very limited breakfast....

"Our room was flooded upon arrival. Maintenance came and cleaned it up and fixed the dish washer that was leaking. Later that night, we were taking a shower when our downstairs neighbor came banging on our door asking if we were using the shower. We said yes and he informed us that his room was flooding and water was coming from the ceiling. We immediately stopped showering and couldn't wash the rest of our stay.
We tried to go get help at the front desk to potentially move rooms but nobody was...
