"The room was great! Clean and the staff was super nice. Laundry on site although we didn’t use it. The pool area was spacious and clean, and the lobby was gorgeous. Super close to Knott’s Berry Farm, around a 5 minute walk, and they have a shuttle to Disneyland but we didn’t use it this trip. I do think I technically got a smaller room than I had booked but it wasn’t a big deal and I didn’t complain to the hotel at all so no negatives there. "We paid 550 a night for the family suite, was supposed to have two queen beds but had two double , the room and hotel is very old probably 50s or 60s , outdated smelled horrible had broken toilet and broken TV , I will say they came and fixed it quickly, didn't help the smell, this is a 50-100 a night motel not 550 like we paid , stay away "

"The rooms were clean and updated. We had problems with our first room and toilet not flushing properly so they switched us to the last room available which wasn’t as updated as the first. The onsite restaurant was not very good. Very expensive and food was not worth it, even for the convenience of the restaurant. Wait staff didn’t speak English very well and messed up a salad order where we wanted dressing on the side. Which would have been not big deal and easy fix other than it took forever to...

"staff at the front desk was awesome and welcoming, there was full amount of parking. My concerns were more related to the clean dripper a lot of stains on them and then they were too clean a little bit frustrating. And then attempt to use the pool because it's warm out right now the poool was not clean at all. There was a lot of bugs in the water. A lot of leaves the pool was not kept. "

"From the moment I checked in I was pleased. The young man was friendly and easy to check in. The staff was literally mopping the side walk the floors were immaculate. When we walked in the room the air was on for us. That helped a lot because it was 100 this weekend. There was no musty smell to the room. The breakfast each morning was delicious so many choices the potatoes were bomb and I loved the option of yogurt parfait. So yummy and the staff did not stop working the entire time. I will...
