"It is truly a unique hotel. The hotel staff was amazing. They were very helpful and always readily available. The on-site restaurant was superb. Really enjoyed the food. The free breakfast had so many food options. The room was very spacious and clean. It was a fascinating experience, living inside a cave hotel room. The concierge staff was extremely helpful in arranging multiple activities throughout the area. I was able to book all my activities as well as airport transport to the hotel with them. I cannot say enough good things. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"I recently stayed at Holiday Cave Hotel during the first week of April, and overall, it was a pleasant experience with a few minor drawbacks. The hotel is very well located right in the Göreme area, just a 5–10 minute walk from the main market, which made getting around very convenient. The property itself was clean and comfortable, which is always a big plus. We stayed in a family room that had one large queen-size bed and three single beds for the kids. The beds were comfortable, and the room size worked well for our family. However, there were a few maintenance issues—two lights above the bed weren’t working, and although we informed the staff, nothing was done about it. Similarly, the jacuzzi in the bathroom had decorative rainbow lights that didn’t function. On the positive side, the bathroom was spacious and nicely designed. Initially, there was no hot water, but after we reported it, the issue was resolved, which we appreciated. Since we visited in early April, the pool was not open, which is understandable due to the season. One highlight of the stay was the terrace—you can see the famous Cappadocia hot air balloons from there, which is a lovely experience. Breakfast was generally good, but there was a noticeable difference between the two days we stayed. On Sunday, breakfast was excellent (9/10), with freshly made gözleme (a delicious Turkish stuffed bread). However, on Monday, the experience dropped to about 7/10. "Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was amazing. The room was not as “authentic cave” as I would have liked and the extra bed was actually a couch not a real bed. But it was fine. Hotel is in a great spot to enjoy Goreme. We unfortunately didn’t get to go in a balloon due to weather, but enjoyed all the other wonderful things to do. They gave us a late check to accomodate our flight."

"What a view, what a place!!! And the Breakfast is outstanding!! From the moment you arrive, you know there is something special about Aza Caves. The warm welcome from the staff, all of them makes you feel so welcome. Thank you Aza Caves...we will be back...hopefully for a holiday and not just 2 days whilst working."

"The bath had hair in the shower at check in…there is also what I thought was a problem with cats in the restaurant. This is unsanitary and makes gives concern about cleanliness of professional kitchen if animals are allowed."

"Fantastic stay! The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the hotel terrace offers the best view for watching the sunrise hot air balloons. The food was a highlight—Michelin-quality breakfast and atmospheric dinners that were more affordable than local street restaurants. I’ll definitely be back!"
