Cleanness: 3/5 Convenience: 4/5 Easy to access: 2/5 Worth/price: 5/5 Noise level: 4/5 Water pressure: 3/5 Note: smaller size bed than the description on the room information. Bad small from the sink drain. No space heater, but floor heating system. Very good price per night.

We stayed one night at the Sheraton Grand Incheon for a mid day flight the day after. Upon arrival we were greeted by the staff and were taken care of right away. They even let us in the room early as we arrived prior to the 3:00 PM check in time! The room was clean and inviting and it was very quiet. ...

Clean, staff were great. Only problem was the room was very cold and the thermostat was a placebo, we froze all night.
