"The room was very spacious, neat and clean, linens and towels were changed on request. Every attendant asked to make sure we were ok and we're very helpful. Courtney calls were made to our room to ensure all was well and to find out if we needed anything. The front desk staff all spoke English and we're very warm and welcoming.the pool settings was nice with the greenry surrounding adding a nature touch. The breakfast was the highlight for use with a wide variety to choose from. Although we tried to sample everything we just couldn't, most of what we had tasted great, I really enjoyed their hot chocolate and yoghurt while my husband enjoyed their soup, seasoned cheese and natural orange juice. Overall our stay was enjoyable and comfortable, whenever we are visiting Panama again we will definitely stay at Riu Plaza again and we encourage you to do too."

"I don’t know the name of the two girls at the front desk ( different shifts ) but they were really rude with the actitud like “ I don’t care” those girls are awful, later there was a guy completely different and change my mind about leaving the hotel, the pros location, bads A/C didn’t work for half of our trip ( that was the main reason I wanted to leave ) and the WiFi simply didn’t work at all, also the TV is just Netflix ( when the WiFi works ) Finally I really don’t know if I will return here, the faces of those rude girls and the A/C ruined half of my trip."

"This property is nice and maintained, but they had no hand towels or wash rags available. I spent 3 of 5 days without wash rags. I had to use a hand towel. The towels were gray and dingy they did not have enough for the hotel . They didn’t have any extra in the linen closet how very disappointing. It is very warm and humid in Panama. The least someone would expect would be able to do is bath once probably twice a day but with no rags from a four star hotel. Well that’s unacceptable!"

"Great location walking distance to everything and safe area. The best part is the size of the place and the housecleaning is excellent. The manager is on site 24/7 and all of them were extremely nice and helpful with everything. The only negative is it is on the Main Street coming into the area and it is a one way street"
