"Everything about this hotel was perfect — the rooms, the décor, the food, and the valet service were all exceptional. The only suggestion I would make is to have additional staff at the check-in desk. I waited a little over 25 minutes because it was very busy and only two clerks were available.
Other than that, everything was amazing. The rooms were spotless, and I especially loved the lavender oil, the white tea shower gel and lotion, and the incredibly comfortable bedding."

"When we arrived in a Friday evening their system was down and they were unable to check anyone in like normal. It was very busy with many people arriving all at once. They still managed to be very efficient. The room was very spacious and clean. Also quiet despite being right next to the airport. Staff was all very courteous. We also had a great experience with valet, I think they were an outside company. It was also one of the better hotel breakfasts we’ve had. We would definitely stay there...
