"Before I start this review, I want to say the front desk staff were amazing and very understanding. Now, the property is old, and pretty run down. To park you will have to pay $70 dollars for valet or pay for street parking. Our room specifically was filthy we had a dirty ottoman, stains everywhere and the bathroom is comparable to a motel 6. If you are sensitive to dust do not stay here I had trouble and the dust mites were itchy!! The breakfast was actually really good my kids enjoyed it. The pool area is small and the water was dark, and the chlorine was strong my kids eyes burned after swimming. After multiple complaints it was best we checked out. They refunded us and apologized, even before that they offered to change our rooms, and even brought up fresh pillows. By that time I had lost all hope and chose to find somewhere else to stay. They are in need of a huge renovation. Lastly, garbages by the elevator are disgusting as guest put dirty diapers in them while we were there which ment every time we went down or came up that’s all we smelt. "
