"The most enjoyable encounter during this stay was our interaction with Michelle, manager of the breakfast cafe. Her service was excellent, and she was pleasant and attentive to our every need. The breakfast was delicious, the area was inviting. We greatly appreciated her service. Check in was good, as well, and check out also. "The hotel and room were just okay. Needs updating including paint and hallway carpets. Tv remote did not work and neither did the alarm clock. The paint was peeling off the ceiling in the bathroom. Definitely not worth $300 a night but overall fine for one night. The bed was comfortable and the blankets were nice."

There were only 2 USB ports in the room and for a party of 4, we could have used more for charging purposes. Breakfast was delicious"

"Tiffany the GM was the most unplesant. I had a group of 10 people with a total of 5 rooms. She was rude and disrespectful to us all. We were put in "non-smoking" rooms and that was not the case. None of us could stay there or tolerate the smoke and the only solution was to spray aerosols..... I book hotels for work and stay in them all across the country and have never experienced anything like the checkin that we had.
