"The property was what we needed for our trip but the staff was slow to come to the check in desk .I waited at least 10 minutes for anyone to show up. The elevator was broken and the other elevator wouldn't keep the doors open to get out. There were not any towels at the pool but the staff were courteous and helpful, and the place was clean"

"It was a short stay, front desk staff was helpful. Their hotel policy not the greatest… we are fully paid upon reservation with hotel.com and yet they are requiring us for deposit payment of $100 into our credit card even though they said it will be refunded after couple days! I refused to give my credit card and tell them we are fully paid already! "
