I was very skeptical after reading the reviews, but was very pleasantly surprised. For the price, it was what I was expecting. While some things seemed dated, it seemed clean and for the most part in good shape. One exception was the mini fridge in our room, it worked fine but it looked rough.

There was a bad, sour smell that was very annoying…and floor and carpeting in the room was very dirty. Beds were clean and comfortable, no bugs were spotted. The employees working were friendly enough. We cut our stay short….

The only thing I liked about this place was comfortable bed and clean room, other than that, the hotel entrance and lobby were not clean enough for welcoming, and the hotel seems to need a lot of maintenance, but all in all we had a good night with comfy bed and pillows

Couldn't understand the girl at the front desk. Her english wasn't very good. Bathroom door was warped around the latch and couldn't be shut. No ice machine on second floor. Breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable.

I love how comfortable the Queen beds are. Love the thick fluffy towels & wash rags, love the curved shower rod & water gets nice & hot. Heat works to good. Love how they have continental breakfast daily. Baymont Wyndham West is beautiful 😍 Staff is nice for the most part & helpful & attentive & will kinda work with you case by case.

I love the hotel completely alot. Its beautiful, can be pricey but worth it to me. Every staff member I came in contact with is humble & polite except one so far. I stay to myself of course, no complaints really at this time.

Tye property is really dirty, old, the room had crumbs on the floor, no chair at the desk, no hair dryer. The whole floor was smelling like weed and cigarettes. A couple was fighting next door and in the hallway, when i decided to leave for safety reasons. The staff was nice and they did offer full refund

Absolutely worth the money, room was meh.

Courteous staff, adequate breakfast bar. Bed frames were incredibly noisy! TV was in poor visual condition. Flickering lights in bathroom area and poorly fit shower components.

Room clean, location convenient

The room was clean, but I heard not to stay on the first floor because of some mold issue. The hallways were hot and not so neat. Bottom line is for the price it was good and location to the race track was great. The front desk was attentive. I have never had to pay a $100 deposit and sure hope I do not have a problem getting the refund.

OK stay.

Check in was easy. Staff was nice. Beds are small but comfy. The overall room was OK. My room had a weird smell. Some staining on the pillow case and staff claimed they didn’t have any more pillows to give us a clean one. For under $100/night it was fine.
