"Chegamos às 2:00 da manhã em Florianópolis e avisei que estavamos a caminho da pousada. A responsável pediu pra ligarmos quando chegássemos na pousada. Liguei e nada de atenderem. Ficamos quase 10 minutos esperando e nada. Por sorte a Uber foi gente boa e nos deixou em um posto de gasolina próximo. Eu estava com 2 crianças de 9 e 10 anos.
