"The fire alarm went off 2 nights in a row while I was sleeping. The pool has slippery tile floors making it unsafe to just walk around it"

"Rooms are spacious but had loose floor tile pieces. Shower head had low pressure. We had called 2 months in advance to confirm/request they had connecting rooms available. We were under the impression they had secured it for us and until we got there, they told us they didn't."

"Long term stay which means people live there. They're are old rusty cats in the back. These people scream, argue and you could smell Marijuana. The room looked ok, but the bed was incredibly uncomfortable, the stove had a crack so I wasn't risking anything just to use it. The unfortunately thing all of this overshadows hope nice the staff was. I would not stay here again until everything is remodeled and the people who live there aren't there anymore. "

"Room was dirty, bathroom was even worse, hallways smelled like wet dog, one elevator didn’t work & the one that did work was disgusting. Floors creaked in the room. Power went out in the middle of the night one day. Had to turn the lights in the kitchen on so that the rest of the lights in the room would work. Would NOT recommend."

"Only 1 elevator working. Was not a real problem. Check in took a few minutes due to some computer glitches. Clerk could not have been nicer , however. Overall best stay in a while."

"The hotel is in a good location. Breakfast offerings are typical fare. There’s an additional charge for parking that I didn’t know about til I checked in. The hotel is clean. Staff is friendly!"

"Being some type of air freshener with you because the rugs smell funny and the vent from the air conditioning system smells worse. The rugs need to be replaced, they are outdated."
