"Upon check in we were kind of underwhelmed. The hotel is dated - the rooms are dated but clean. After further inspection - we realized the grounds were beautiful and well maintained. First we went to the bar to get a reposado shot. Unfortunately they didn’t have any. And we soon realized that the bar was quite under stocked. But they were so willing to bring in almost anything that we required. Then we went for dinner at the buffet - the food was just okay. But once we realized you could order almost anything and they would accommodate as best they could - we thoroughly enjoyed. We spent two weeks - all inclusive at this resort. During this time we fell in love with the area - the staff - the grounds - everything. We honestly will return often. During our time here we felt a part of a family. We were treated amazing!! We would like to mention some of the service staff who made our vacation exceptional - Misael our favorite mixologist!!! Jonathon, Caesar, Carlos the most attentive servers. The omelette lady was outstanding everyday!! If we had one negative - it would be nice to have a small fridge in our room - apparently some rooms do. The pool temperature was perfect everyday and well maintained. The shuttle to the beach was a nice added feature. We highly this affordable hotel. "

"Clean room but was very hot ac had hard time keeping up. Staff was excellent from front desk all the way to food. It wasn’t a beach view that was the only bad thing, but did provide transportation to the beach "

"The view was spectacular. I liked being able to walk to the marina as well as Soriana's grocery store. The area felt safe with plenty of day and nighttime activities! "

"It was noisy and in a sketchy area. The room was crazy small and had no hot water for the shower. We stayed one night and couldn’t wait to move on…."

"I was warmly received by the staff, and had a great weekend trip with all inclusive amenities. Fair warning to those hoping for a fridge and a microwave: these are not included but the buffet and free drinks available more than make up for this. I would recommend this place for any first timers in Vallarta. "
