"We've been out for a week and this was, by far, the best hotel we've been to yet. Loved the young women who checked us in. Room was well equipped and spacious. The breakfast was fine and there was 24/7 coffee and a fancy coffee machine. Would be happy to stay there again. "

"Front desk took forever to let us in and there were issues with the checkin process that took forever as well. Though I picked a smoke free room the room was stinking of cigarettes! Carpets are dirty sink was broken....overall a terrible stay! WILL NOT Recommend!"

"The check-in process was quick and easy. The staff we engaged with were pleasant and responsive. My only complaint is that there was a roach in the first room that we stayed in. We were quickly moved to another room, so that response was appropriate from the hotel. They need to do some pest management improvements so that that doesn’t happen to another guest. "

"We booked the room on Expedia, we had the option to pay at the property when we arrived. I received a phone call about 5 hours before check in stating we had to pay money over the phone or we would lose our reservation. I told them to cancel because I didn’t feel comfortable paying them over the phone. The lady was very rude. "
