We stayed in the lodge while it was very clean the shower was not fit for purpose, no pressure and if you are over 5foot8 impossible to get under shower head. "This hotel is more than a hotel, it’s a home away from home. The staff have made it as cosy and welcoming as they possibly can. You can sit by the fire with a glass of wine, chatting to other guests, looking out on to Loch Ness and then retire to beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean bedrooms. It’s peaceful, charming & luxurious. "
