The room was clean and bright. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much hassle. They were always asking if there was anything they could do to help you. The wifi was good and reliable. Breakfast was good but just could do with a few more tables.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hyatt Place. I have never met such hospitable people, the whole team were friendly, attentive & always going above & beyond for us.
