"The place is tucked away off the roads so it feels isolated and away from the hustle of the surrounding streets. The check in process was easy and the staff was amazing. We ate a few times at the hotel restaurant and it was excellent. "It was great staying in Naga. The staff were helpful and hospitable. The hotel's location is close to everything - malls, restaurants, banks, laundromats, churches, and schools. "

"Don't get the breakfast buffet. If the hotel doesn't have enough guest that purchased the buffet with their booking they will stop the breakfast buffet and offer you only ONE plate from the menu. If you are still hungry you will pay out of your own pocket for a second dish. We lost 3 days of the breakfast buffet because of this situation. What a rip off! We as customers paid for it up front and in the end, denied! Not fair! So beware."

"There’s no proper door lock for safety, the property needs renovation. Every time we open the door created noise, you can hear every conversation at the hall way and from other room. A little expensive stay base on the condition of the property."
