"Rooms were clean and functional. Reserved a 2 bed room and got 1 small bed. Not even a king size for for taking a bed away. This is the third IHG reservation where they did not honor the reservation and I got downsized for the same price. Looking else but facilities were ok at this hotel and staff was very nice."

"I usually like Homewood Suites hotels but this location, is old outdated, and falling apart, dirty couches in the sitting area of the rooms. My bed had a medal piece sticking out from underneath it. Very unsafe, ripped chairs at the tables in the room. This location needs a serious remodel. Breakfast was terrible no taste at all. Fake eggs tasteless sausage etc. if you like crappy hotels, then I guess this is the place for you. Never will. I stay here again. The staff was great."

"Very clean, typical continental breakfast, helpful stuff, but not well sound insolated room. The room door did not block out hallway noise or light well and early morning garbage truck noise traveled easily into the room."

"Property was updated and clean, staff was extremely friendly. The location to UDelaware was very convenient. Room was very spacious, however, the placement of the bathroom with a frosted door is not ideal. If the room is dark, turning on the bathroom light than lights up the area by the beds."

"Property was very central to everything we needed to attend for the weekend, continental breakfast was both hot well prepared and very fresh, property had plenty of parking and was locked up at night with each guest given a room key and main building key. 10/10 will be back "

"The room was a non-smoking room and smelled strongly of cigarettes. The room heater was off and about 50 Degrees. The sheets were thin and smelled like cigarettes and perfume. There was only one bar of soap next to the sink and no complementary soap in the shower. There was dust all over and a cigarette burn in one of the comforters. I woke up coughing. "

"I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn and had a genuinely pleasant experience from start to finish. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and the front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and eager to help with any questions I had. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was especially cozy, which made it easy to get a good night’s sleep after a long day. I also appreciated the little details, like the availability of coffee in the room and the modern amenities...

"Broken rooms that smell, dirty stained sheets and the bathroom looked like either puke or blood not properly cleaned. Only plus the nice staff and me having a cat in the room without issues. "

"The room was not clean it was more so the smell from the blankets, the bathroom was dirty and hair was in the tub and a spider, the outside was nice. The young guy was cool but for the price it's not worth it honestly and I thought Delaware didn't tax. Also no one comes around to clean the rooms like normal motels do so don't look forward to getting a clean room."
