Front desk staff are very helpful but the service throughout the hotel is a bit lacking We had booked three rooms but when we were shown to them none of them ready. "Carlo, the owner is really nice and does its maximum to help. The view from the terasse is just stunning. The breakfast is wonderful and I strongly encourage you to take the dinner option because it was delicious. The room was large and nice but we miss a tea/coffee in room and the pool seems not very well maintained."
