"We were completely locked in the train station and unable to get out early in the morning for our flight. A complete fire hazard. We used a spoon to jimmy open a construction door to get out into the parking lot. The rest of the doors were barred closed."

"Helpful reception team, lovely room. Had everything we needed. Trains were a bit noisy nearby but nothing some airbuds didnt solve. Pool was a bit chilly but again, not end of world! Would defo recommend if you want somewhere away from centre but close to supermarket, few restaurants, near little mermaid and nice walk into the centre and close to train and metro"

"We loved our time at Stay Nordhavn. It's conveniently close to a metro station and several grocery stores, the apartment has lovely rooms, amenities to make very comfortable (good coffee, a washer/dryer, decent kitchenware, etc.), and the staff was always friendly and accommodating. Most of all, the access to a generously-sized balcony with amazing sea views was wonderful. We would happily stay here again."

"Excellent hotel, Small rooms but your only in there to sleep! Towels, soap and shower gel all provided. Slept well every night. Breakfast was continental but perfectly adequate. Staff very helpful, luggage storage available if you arrive before check in or have a later flight home. Walking distance to Nyhavn great location."

"First - let's just say Copenhagen is a great place to spend 5 days. Clean, beautiful, lots to do, great food. We really lucked out finding the Phoenix. Very nice, stately, very comfortable rooms, beautiful lobby. Beautiful bathrooms The staff was very helpful. The location could not be better - near a lot, but not a touristy area. Some very nice restaurants nearby, and great bars. The hotel also offered very nice bikes - which really came in handy. "

"We stayed here on the tail end of our vacation due to its location to the airport. Metro was a short distance away and a VERY short ride to the airport. The room was roomy than I expected. The bathroom was clean and functional. We laughed because the bathroom IS the shower. The workers were pleasant. There was a bar and wonderful patio to sit on. Construction work was going on while we were there (looks like updating the lobby) but it was a very minor issue (you had to use metal grate stairs that are not suitcase friendly). "

"This was my second stay this year at Hotel Kong Arthur and it will not be my last. The staff are absolute treasurers. No request or question is too small. So friendly and welcoming! Rooms are clean and well attended. One complaint this trip was our room was front facing the main entrance and it was quite loud day and night with people coming and going. We, as Americans, are used to air conditioners so we found the room to be too warm for sleeping and only realized there was a fan in the closet on our last night. The fan did do a good job of softening the noise outside. I’d suggest using it. We loved the neighborhood and the ease of getting around the city. Thanks for a great stay yet again. See you in the new year."
