"Children Hospitalized, Theft from Safe, and No Support from Management We travel frequently as a family and have stayed in many resorts around the world, but this was by far the most concerning hotel experience we have ever had. A few days after arriving, every member of our family became sick after eating exclusively at the hotel restaurants. Our young children became seriously ill and had to be taken to the hospital, where they required IV fluids and antibiotics due to a severe gastrointestinal infection. Continuous vomiting, fever, and dehydration turned what was supposed to be a family vacation into a medical emergency. When we approached management asking for simple food accommodations for our recovering children, we received no meaningful help or empathy and ultimately had to relocate to another hotel to properly care for them. To make matters worse, gold jewelry—including my wedding ring—disappeared from our in-room safe. The hotel provided no accountability or proper response. Service throughout the property was poor and staff often appeared rushed and unmotivated. Despite being advertised as family-friendly, there were almost no activities for children and daytime beach shows included highly suggestive dancing in front of families. While the beach itself is beautiful, the hotel does not live up to the location. Due to space limitations, I cannot describe the full experience here. Families traveling with children should strongly reconsider booking this property"

"Amazing. This was my 4th time at this property and it exceeds my expectations each time."

"We had a great time during our stay here! A few things that would have made it exceptional would have been; a better Ac unit in the room, better quality food at the buffet, and scheduled room cleaning. To start the ac unit did work in our room just not very well. We had a hard time cooling the room off enough to sleep. Most nights we slept with no blankets due to poor cooling. The buffet has a ton of options but most isn’t worth trying. With the exception of some basic options I’d recommend sticking to the other restaurants which had great food. The last thing that would have been icing in the cake is schedule room cleaning because several times we would come back to the room being cleaned or they hadn’t been yet so we didn’t feel comfortable staying in our room. I only had one person from the staff I didn’t care for. Every other person went above and beyond to make this an unforgettable experience. The beach was full of seaweed but not much could be done about that. The pool was great but there’s only two small pools for the whole family side which at times felt crowded. The views are excellent and we enjoyed being on the top floor with roof jacuzzi. Overall a very fun experience. "

"It was an OK resort. The food wasnt the best, if you find something you like stick with it, lots of variety but not too great. Steakhouse was super bland. Rooms and hotel were very clean. Quick and easy access to the beach. The best part of this trip was definitely all the staff ! Super friendly and attentive. Rene at the sports bar was the absolute best!! "

"- nice resort - good customer service from bartenders, cleaning ladies and waiters - very poor customer service from reception - building #1 he’s extremely noisy with blaring music from the entertainment until 11 PM. After that, you hear everyone walking up the stairs talking throughout the night. Couldn’t sleep all night. Should have been warned by reception about this. - this will hotel would not accommodate a late checkout - deserts in coffee shop were horrible. One of the worst was the cheesecake in a red cupcake liner. The red cupcake liner died the cheesecake red. Hazardous to health. - very difficult to get restaurant reservations. Could not try all restaurants. - biggest downfall: there there’s a lot of seaweed on the beach and in the water. Could not enjoy the beach on this vacation. The beach is not frequently cleaned. - reception staff was not apologetic about any complaints. I mentioned I would include this in my review and they didn’t care. - some restaurants servers ask you to leave a positive Google review and wait for you until you do it, leading to a high Google rating for this hotel even if it is not deserved"
