"To start off, the staff was kind, helpful, and always attentive. Bethsaida, Daisy, Nacho, Alex, Fatima, and Noemi made our experience 10/10. The room was clean and thoroughly maintained during our stay, and the property was easily accessible. The elevators were clean and quick, and there was always something to do, including water Zumba, fitness classes, beach games, pool games, and drinking at the bars. The restaurants and buffet was delicious, and room service was convenient with flexible off menu requests. I highly recommend the gourmet and Italian restaurants because they were my favorites. At night, the resort hosted fun shows with different performances every evening. I planned to propose to my partner during this trip, and the resort helped make it unforgettable. Bethsaida assisted me with hiring an external vendor to decorate both our room and the gazebo where the proposal happened. She did an amazing job, and everything turned out even better than expected. I highly recommend contacting customer service before your trip for planning help because she truly takes care of you. I also hired the photographers on the property, and they were professional and helped us pose. I’m not very photogenic, the pictures came out great. We booked a couples spa experience that was incredibly relaxing. The massage took place in the same secluded beachside gazebo as the proposal, with only the sound of ocean waves around us. If you’re considering an all-inclusive resort chose this one!"

"Everything at the resort was beautiful, well laid out with easy access to pools, dining, spa etc. Staff were all friendly. A big shout out to Angela at the Lazy River. Thanks for keeping our favourite drinks flowing throughout each day. I think the only negative was the service in the restaurants and buffet. While everyone was friendly, we were very frequently ignored after a first greeting (no one offering to refill coffee in the morning, for example). We actually walked out of the French Restaurant one night because of everything being slow to come out and we were never asked for our dessert order. After speaking with one of the waitresses, we think it was the manager that was greeting people, seating people, taking orders and then forgetting about the people that were already seated. He was moving all over the restaurant. Service could definitely be bumped up a bit with some extra training. All in all a very relaxing vacation. "
