"Apartment is beautiful. However you have no privacy in the living room area as you can see from outside the windows in and here in lake como there are many more apartments around that are higher than this one or about the same height and can see in. Also had LOTS of trouble with check in as the host DOES NOT want to answer anything and only directs you to a link with drop down arrows where there is paragraphs explaining things. "The location was good but honestly I wouldn’t book again. It was so difficult to get to my room. And I didn’t hear back from them when asking for help untill I reach out to Expedia. The doors are so close to eachother you can hear everything and I had the worst night sleep. Since I kept thinking people were trying to get into my room but it was just the next door. The shower jsut close properly so all of the water spills out of the shower and I had to use all my towels to clean it."
