"This was a very nice little stay for my family of 5. We got in REALLY late and had issues opening the door. I called and got an answer right away. The wifi puck wouldn't hold a charge, so the wifi was spotty but other than that it was perfect. I should mention that I didn't call or email about the wifi so I can't speak to their responsivness on that. I assume it would have been fixed if I'd reached out. It just wasn't that important to me. The AC is AMAZING! I will book again when I come back...

There were not great instructions on finding the place especially as a tourist but once we found it there was no key in the lockbox so we could not get in. When I reached out about this someone was able to meet us immediately and we got a very quick response. Once in the apartment, it was very hot and the AC is slow working. "This hotel was equal to (in a really good way) staying at home! We prepaid for 2 rooms and had 5 people in our party. Everyone agreed that this was one of the best stays we had in our month long Italian Adventure. By this point in our trip we had several great places we stayed. However this hotel delivered easily the best sleep since leaving home. Their breakfast service was also a great plus to our stay. We would do it all over again!"
