"It was a spacious, very clean and quiet 2 queen bed with a kitchenette. The armchair needed to be replaced. It was stained and marked up and the wooden arms were worn. Other than that it was excellent."

Parking wasn’t an issue since the hotel is in the French Quarter, and everything you want to see is within walking distance. They do charge for parking, but it’s worth it for the convenience.
