"This was a great place to stay for our first visit to Bilbao. The room was excellent and the staff were really helpful throughout. Yes, it is a short walk down to the old town but taxis are cheap and there is a metro nearby. Didn't use the pool as we were too busy in Bilbao but it was nice and lots of people in it. Would definitely come back."

"I loved this hotel. It was everything you want: quiet, clean, attractive and it’s in the absolute best neighborhood. Everything is nearby. The Guggenheim is 15 minutes walk away. There’s a subway station half block away, surrounded by bars and restaurants. The rooms are very well appointed. Fabulous shower. Check in and checkout fast and simple with very nice people. The park across the street is gorgeous. I suggest you spend an hour just sitting on a park bench. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this hotel."

"This small hotel is on the edge of the old ton and a great location for walking and exploring the city, The room and amenities are first class. The staff was amazing! We had one checked bag that did not make our connection, and the 24 hour front desk was on it. Highly highly recommend"
