"Overall a very nice property too stay at. Unique in the setup and decor. What matters. Great mattresses and linens. Towels were excellent. Had what you needed to make a cup of tea or coffee. Very accommodating. Easy to teach if you had questions or concerns. I’m glad I was able to spend time there"

"Black Desert Resort exceeded my expectations. The setting is absolutely stunning, with unique lava rock and red cliff views you won’t find anywhere else. The rooms are modern, clean, and very comfortable, and the amenities feel truly upscale. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere is both relaxing and luxurious. Even while still expanding, it’s already an incredible place to stay. Highly recommend for a peaceful, high-end getaway near St. George!"

"We visit St. George at least 3 times a year. Have always wanted to stay near the Historic District. This was the sweet spot in the middle. Nicely renovated property, great beds, helpful staff and in walking distance of so many fun shops and great place to eat! Fun pool for families! Highly recommend this place. We’ll be back :)"

"If you are looking for an average hotel to stay at, here it is. Short round toilets, Shower curtains that are to long, and noisy rooms. The room above mine had squeaky floors and so all evening long as people walked back and forth in the room, all you could hear was the floors making tons of noise. Stay on the 3rd floor and this won't be an issue. "

"Hotel is old and tired. To say that the place includes a pool is a lie in my opinion as it doesn't look like it has been operational in years. Our room felt like it was in slightly better condition than the hotel generally and that was good. Probably would have cancelled reservation had the room been in worse condition than it was."

Staff was horrid, harassing and yelling at guests regarding various things such as having a beer can in the room, smoking in the “designated smoking area”, “loitering” in the parking lot by standing/talking to family who were also staying at the same hotel. Was also pounding on various doors at 7am and yelling at two cars worth of policemen in the parking lot after calling them on a random guest. Manager also admitted to using the security cameras to watch what guests...

"Excellent, kid-friendly location close to I-15 with plenty of parking. The premises, interior, breakfast area, and the room were very clean and well-furnished. The staff was very professional and was able to check us in and out hassle-free. The breakfast was great with decent options. Would definitely recommend it to other travelers. "

"Don’t stay here! It’s not worth saving money. There are people living here. The neighbors next to me on both sides of, downstairs as well were about as savory as the residents of the holding cells in county jails. I left the next day, there was no way I was staying another night there. The “suite” is completely derelict. I mean duct tape on remote & shower curtain donated from a 1980’s garage sale leftovers as well as furniture. There was no way I was sitting on the couch and honestly afraid to...
