The room is clean, spacious and the provision of a air purifier has added value to the hotel. "I was supposed to meet a family member here, but their flight was canceled and could no longer meet me here in Japan. I needed to cancel this reservation because of this disappointing turn of events. I messaged the hotel staff during the window of time necessary to cancel without late-cancellation fees, however the staff did not respond to me until after that window had passed, and would not budge on their policy of charging me for the entire stay. I was very unimpressed by their business ethics...

"Room was a little worn out but actually lended to the old European style they were going for, garden view from room was pretty good but very nice from the all-day restaurant during breakfast buffer (which also had a great selection of Japanese and Western food), would be good if they had a coin laundry available rather than or additional to the pay per item wet or dry clean"
